BENJI
General Manager & Barber
It was a conversation during a haircut that led to us hiring our General Manager. Benji was the barber doing the cutting. He was also the manager at one of London's leading barbershops. Not any more. He now combines barbering with managing and training at XO Barbers Blackfriars Road.
RAMI
Junior Barber
Rami is XO Barbers' first Junior Barber. He was a star pupil on the XO Barbers Training Programme and now cuts professionally at our Blackfriars Road Barber Shop Tuesday–Friday, 4pm–7pm. Haircuts with Rami cost £15, £20 or £25 - you choose what you pay.
RICKY
Barber Shop Host
Ricky is one of our OGs from the first XO Barbers cohort and now supports the professional barbershop as our host. He's the friendly face you'll see on the shop floor helpsing customers during the Tuesday to Friday evening service.

SHANICE
Trainee
Shanice dreams of running her own salon. She's been doing women's pixie cuts for a year, but now wants to learn both the barbering and hairdressing trades. Barbering is a creative outlet for Shanice, alongside her thriving rap career. Check her out on Spotify, P Nut.
AHMED
Trainee
Ahmed loves cutting hair (even though he has none!) He did a lot of barbering on the wings while in prison, and got pretty good. When he got released, his probation officer told him about XO Barbers, and it was a no-brainer. Outside of XO, he loves spending time with friends and going out for meals.
LEE
Trainee
Lee loves people, has a good eye for detail, so barbering made sense. His second love (after barbering) is boxing. He's not sure exactly what's next for him, but says he's loving the XO Barbers course so far!
