OUR SERVICES

THE XO CUT

Just £5 gets you a fresh cut and a fresh ground coffee, delivered by trainees on the XO Barbers Training Programme. Appointments last up to 90 minutes and are carried out under the supervision of our qualified trainer.

As this is a training service, please allow time. You’ll get a haircut you won't regret and an experience you'll never forget.

Come in for a new haircut. Leave with a fresh outlook.

We are a training academy, and our trainees are learning. We’re excited to welcome you and thank you for modelling for us.

Please do ensure you arrive on time. Arriving late can significantly impact the rest of the day’s training schedule and our other clients.

If you are going to be late, please give us a call on 0330 133 1080 ahead of time to let us know. Please note that if you do arrive late, it will be at the discretion of our supervising trainer whether we can proceed with your appointment. If we are unable to fit you in due to lateness, a refund will not be issued. Thank you for understanding.

Everyone is welcome at XO Barbers. That said, we are an exclusive employer and proudly so. Our mission is to help prison leavers, or those likely to end up there, find a path onwards and upwards.  Everyone we train or employ has lived experience of the justice system.

Our programme team follows a thorough recruitment process, and all our trainees are risk-assessed to ensure we take on people who meet our criteria and are ready to make a change. We work closely with our referral partners to make informed decisions, and create a safe, supportive environment for everyone involved.

Please note we do not accept cash.

XO Barbers Brixton. Been there, done that got the t-shirt. Thanks for being our first lady, Lucy.

LA based director, Ric Cantour was over shooting and nipped in to see the guys on his day off. They loved hearing about their Hollywood film programme training ex offenders to become runners.

Stef visits the first cohort training in Brixton and comes out smiling. Go on Stef, smile!
