Just £5, gets you a fresh cut and a fresh ground coffee, delivered by trainees on the XO Barbers Training Programme. Appointments last up to 90 minutes and are carried out under the supervision of our qualified trainer.
As this is a training service, please allow time. You’ll get a haircut you wont regret and an experience you'll never forget.

Everyone is welcome at XO Barbers. That said, we are an exclusive employer and proudly so. Our mission is to help prison leavers, or those likely to end up there, find a path onwards and upwards. Everyone we train or employ has lived experience of the justice system.
Our programme team follows a thorough recruitment process, and all our trainees are risk-assessed to ensure we take on people who meet our criteria and are ready to make a change. We work closely with our referral partners to make informed decisions, and create a safe, supportive environment for everyone involved.
