Everyone is welcome at XO Barbers. That said, we are an exclusive employer and proudly so. Our mission is to help prison leavers find a path onwards and upwards. Everyone we train or employ has lived experience of the justice system. All our trainees are risk-assessed and we work closely with referral partners to create a safe, supportive environment for everyone.
If you've booked an appointment at the XO Barber School and are running late, please call 0330 133 1080 in advance. Please note that our supervising trainer will decide whether we can proceed if you arrive late, and if we’re unable to accommodate your appointment, a refund will not be issued. Thank you for understanding.
