REFUND POLICY

​If you can no longer make your appointment at XO Barbers, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by cancelling your appointment in advance. 

 

Late cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or no-shows will incur £5 cancellation fee. 

 

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is charged. 

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do this directly through Booksy. If you decide to cancel your appointment, we are happy to offer a full refund. Please ensure that you cancel at least 24 hours’ in advance of your appointment. 

 

XO Barbers is a training academy, so please allow time for your haircut, as our trainees are learning. If damage occurs due to negligence, we will accept responsibility in line with our legal obligations.
